6th Grade General Music

The 6th Grade General Music Class is designed to be a music appreciation class which gives students a taste of all things music related. Vocal music, instrumental music, theatrical productions, and more are all a part of the musical world students will encounter in this 9 week course.

 

Middle School Choir 

The Middle School Choir is a mixed choir featuring the sounds of popular music from the past and present. This group presents music with three part harmonies, intricate melodies, and complex rhythms.

High School Choir

The High School Choir is a mixed ensemble featuring a wide range of selections from a variety of musical genres. The group presents their music in three and four part harmonies with complex rhythms and flavors.

 

A Cappella Choir

The High School A Cappella Choir is a chamber ensemble featuring the vocal talents of a smaller group of talented students. The group performs a variety of musical selections without the use of accompaniment where all of the sound comes from their voices.

Theater Classes

High School Introduction to Theater is a survey level class designed to give the students an appreciation and fundamental knowledge of all types of theatrical production. Both live theatre and video production are discussed in contrast and comparison and students even have a chance to get creative and write some of their own short scripts.
